Our Why – why do we do what we do
The name InfinitU, pronounced as Infinite-You, was derived from our ‘Why’- our driving force. We truly believe that every one of us is inherently whole, and has infinite wisdom, personal power and the potential to create the life we envision for ourselves. When we are able to tap into this inner knowing, we gain access to a world of infinite possibilities.
At InfinitU, we understand that this part of ourselves may often be lying dormant, and merely requires a thinking partner, listener and sometimes cheerleader to unlock this potential. This is what we are passionate about; navigating your journey with you, wherever you may be going….

What sets us apart
InfinitU has an extensive network of professional coaches (accredited by the International Coaching Federation), and facilitators who are diverse, experienced and trusted within their domains.
Our strength and impact lie in the consistent quality of our offering, and our ability to create sustainable business value.
Our client relationships are paramount to us; in fact, this is the heart of our business, and everything else flows from the connection we nurture with your clients.
As a result of this culture, we find that the majority of our new business comes from our existing and past clients.

About the Founder
InfinitU was founded by Linda Aiyer in 2010. Linda is an accredited Professional Certified Coach (with the International Coaching Federation), and a trained Facilitator.
She strongly believes that every one of us has the ability to create our own circumstances, and to maximise the potential of our lives. In fact, her favourite quote is:
“Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.”
-George Bernard Shaw
Her own journey attests to this. She spent the first 13 years of her career in the corporate world, initially in Risk Management and then pivoting into Corporate Strategy and Strategic Projects. These roles exposed her to a range of diverse business areas, including HR, Finance, IT, Process Optimisation, Procurement, Project Management, among others. Although she enjoyed what she did, there was always a sense that ‘something was missing’…
In 2010, she left formal corporate employment, when her first daughter was born, and moved into Business and Organisational Consulting. This flexibility allowed her to take on part-time lecturing and facilitation roles at prominent business schools, resulting in her becoming more exposed to People Development. This really resonated with her, and she decided to explore this side of herself further. It is often said that ‘when the student is ready, the teacher appears’.
At this stage, Linda started receiving vast information on coaching, and registered for a coach training programme. For her very first coaching conversation (which happened to be on the first day of training by the way), she knew that this was what she was meant to be doing; for the first time she felt that she was living with purpose…
This journey fuelled her drive and passion to facilitate this process for others, who may want to carve a life different to what they have…
Linda has actively been coaching and facilitating since 2014. She is able to offer her clients coaching in the areas of Business and Personal Effectiveness, Executive and Leadership, Business and Team Performance, as well as Mentoring, Training and Facilitation.
As a Leadership Development Specialist, she works with leaders across various industries, equipping them with the tools to navigate the demands of a volatile, uncertain and complex world.
Linda further facilitates Career Workshops for Educational institutions and Work Readiness Programmes for Corporate Learnerships.
She is currently on the faculty of The Coaching Centre, as a Mentor to coaching students.
Linda has completed an MBA, and has various other business qualifications. Within the people development domain, she is an internationally certified Enneagram practitioner, and has completed training in Systems Coaching, Online Facilitation, Leadership Maturity and Dare to LeadTM (the research and work of Brene Brown).
Linda is married and is the proud mum to two little girls, a Pekinese, and an English bulldog. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, travelling, building puzzles, and architectural Lego. She categorises herself as a lifelong learner, and this is one of her core values, in addition to Excellence, Balance, Meaningful work, and Achievement.
Linda believes that every conversation counts; in fact, all change starts with one conversation at a time….

Our Team
There are currently a multitude of coaching methodologies, models and tools that are in use in the people development domain. It is not realistic for us to be trained or even have knowledge of all of these.
Therefore, we have an extensive network of associate coaches, who have diverse backgrounds, experience and expertise, and who we may call upon to partner with us to deliver quality solutions to our clients.
